Stephen K Bennett

Managing Partner

Stephen Bennett, born in Dulwich, England in 1957, has been involved in the amusement business for over 25 years. Emigrating to Australia in 1988 and later to Laguna Niguel, California,  he brings a wealth of international experience and expertise in all aspects of the amusement business. Stephen is currently a joint venture owner and managing partner of the Power House Group.

I am writing this letter to endorse Power House.  Power House started with Knott’s Berry Farm in January of 2008 with a few photo booths in the park.  Due to their outstanding service, we expanded their service to include video games.  They started with a partial operation in one arcade as a test.  Power House supplied the latest equipment in the video industry.  Their service has been impeccable.  They maintain their equipment resulting in very little down time, if any at all.  They keep their equipment very clean and free from graffiti.

Due to the fact that their service was so good we eventually had them run all three of our arcades.  Our revenues have increased a significant amount since they began running all arcade operations.  The staff is always very helpful and friendly.  Their team tracks each individual games performance daily and makes changes to equipment when necessary to continue generating high revenues.

Power House introduced the Intercard system to Knott’s Berry Farm which we just finished installing in all of our Midway Games.  They were very informative and helpful throughout the entire procedure.
